In 1968, Richard Waller, Jr., grandson of Marcellus Carrington Waller, decided to branch out and opened another location on N. 1st Street. In the early 1970’s, he relocated to East Broad Street, and in 1980, he moved to the current location at 19 E. Broad St., Richmond, VA 23219.
