Paying by Credit Card, Money Order and Certified check

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Certified Checks. Feel free to safely enter the whole credit card number. Your information is encrypted for your safety.

For your protection, when making a credit card purchase, we require that you fax us a copy of your photo identification, credit card, and a statement authorizing us to charge the amount of purchase plus the shipping charge, to your account. Our fax number is 804-648-2956.

Shipping: Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery of your purchase. Egyptian items may require a delivery time of from 4 to 8 weeks

Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. Within 5 business days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition. Wrap the package securely and ship it to our store. Indicate the reason for your return. A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT must accompany your return. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, or any insured Parcel Post for shipment. Customized items may not be returned. Please note that we process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Waller & Company Jewelers. To cancel an order already placed, call us at 804-648-1044. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order

For Ring Orders Only:

You must specify your ring size when your order is placed and the ring will be sent in that size. If the ring does not fit properly when you receive it, you will incur an additional charge of $20 plus shipping, for us to resize the ring. This charge must be paid when the ring is returned to us for resizing.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will refund your purchase price less a $5.00 re-stocking fee. Please note that we will refund the shipping cost and will not charge the re-stocking fee only if the return is caused as a direct result of our error.

Any disputes regarding your transactions will first be handled by mediation. These policies will be interpreted and any conflicts resolved based upon the laws of Virginia.

Privacy Statement and Disclosure

However, Wallerjewelry.com may disclose personally identifying information upon receipt of legal process seeking such information, or if Wallerjewelry.com determines that disclosure of such information is required by law, and/or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wallerjewelry.com users, or other persons or entities. Under the foregoing circumstances, Wallerjewelry.com may disclose personally identifying information without first notifying you or obtaining your consent.
